What's in it?

🌿 Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Antiviral Actions:

Contains glycyrrhizin, which has shown antiviral effects against herpes viruses (HSV-1, HSV-2), hepatitis B & C, SARS, HIV, and influenza.

Inhibits viral replication and boosts interferon production (part of your innate antiviral defense).

Often used for cold sores, shingles, hepatitis, and respiratory viruses.

🌿 St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum)

Antiviral Actions:

Contains hypericin, which shows activity against enveloped viruses, including HIV, HSV, CMV, and influenza.

Most effective when combined with light (photodynamic action), but still helpful topically or internally.

Often used for cold sores, genital herpes, and nerve-related viral pain like shingles.

🌿 Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

Antiviral Actions:
