• Aspirin's main ingredient is Salicylic Acid, which is found in plants such as Willow and Myrtle. The Willow Bark has been used traditionally for over 3500 years.

• Paracetamols structure is similar to that found in Poplar trees, which naturally make a substance called phydroxybenzoate.


Using Herbal Remedies

 How do I prepare herbal teas and infusions?

For tea, steep 1 teaspoon of dried herbs or 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs in 1 cup of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. For infusions, let the herbs steep for 30 minutes or longer.

 

How do I use a poultice?

Mash fresh or dried herbs into a paste and apply directly to the skin, covering with a clean cloth or bandage.


Can I combine multiple herbs?

Yes, many herbs work well together. For example, combining calming herbs like Borage and Prickly Lettuce can enhance stress relief. However, there are some herbs cannot be mixed. Always consult a professional before mixing any herbs.
